Job Overview

Hennig Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to assemble, repair and rework electrical assemblies efficiently while producing high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and Repair: Assemble, inspect and test electrical assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform repairs and reworks as needed to maintain production efficiency.
  • Tool Operation: Operate power tools, measuring devices and instruments in the assembly process. This includes installing conduit, wire switches and receptacles, wiring AC/DC, labeling and terminating wires, and working with 480- and 240-volt wiring.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams and written instructions or procedures to complete tasks accurately.
  • Troubleshooting: Complete troubleshooting steps for mechanical equipment per inspection procedure guidelines to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Production Environment: Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintaining high-quality output and meeting production deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as an electrical technician.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Certifications: Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
