We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Barnes-Jewish Hospital Allied. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including general, abdominal, renal/pelvic, small parts, paracentesis, and thoracentesis.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations and superficial procedures, with a focus on transplant patients.
- Operate Doppler equipment to assess abdominal vasculature.
- Work effectively in an outpatient and inpatient setting, with experience in teaching and community hospitals preferred.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
- RDMS-AB and ARDMS credentials required; RDMS-OB and RVT credentials preferred.
- Experience with EPIC charting and PACS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our diagnostic imaging department is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care.
Benefits- Full-time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed.
- 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday to Friday.
