Property Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team at Information Providers, Inc. As an Underwriter Surveyor, you will conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties, collecting data for condition assessments and measurements.

Your tasks will include:

• Conducting site visits to collect data and take photographs of the property's exterior and interior features
• Collecting and documenting information about the property's dimensions, building materials, and potential hazards
• Uploading collected data into our internet-based platform

This is a field-based position that requires a reliable vehicle for traveling to and from inspection sites. You will work independently, conducting self-directed surveys in various weather conditions.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development within our company.
