Maintenance Worker

Job Summary

The Maintenance Worker is a key member of the Penray team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the building and grounds in good condition.
  • Responsible for vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning and stocking restrooms.
  • Secure all doors at locked after hours and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • Collect and dispose of trash, and maintain cleaning supplies in stock.
  • Partner with contract cleaning services as necessary and follow established safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One year of experience in a maintenance or cleaning role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School/GED or better.
  • One year of experience in a maintenance or cleaning role.
