Job Overview:
TGG Accounting is seeking a skilled Aviation Technologist to join our maintenance team. As an Aviation Technologist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of aircraft to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Schedule and Compensation:
This is a full-time position, working 4 days a week, 10 hours a day. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $29-$35 per hour, plus sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair aircraft to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance tasks as required
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize aircraft performance
Qualifications:
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate; FAA Inspection Authorization
- 5+ years of piston-powered aircraft maintenance experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer manuals
- Possess adequate tools
- Desired Qualifications:
- Private Pilots License
- Avionics troubleshooting experience (Garmin integrated avionics)
- Cirrus experience is strongly preferred
