POSITION SUMMARY
As a bartender, you will engage directly with patrons by mixing and serving drink orders. We seek efficient individuals with exceptional customer service abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver outstanding service consistently by adhering to Sally's Steps of Service.
• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and guide them through their Sally's experience.
• Serve beverages while ensuring a clean and sanitary bar area.
• Craft traditional and signature cocktails with creativity.
• Attend to the details and presentation of the bar offerings.
• Prepare and maintain ingredients and garnishes as per recipes.
• Ensure smooth bar operations in the absence of management.
• Make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Maintain accountability for cash drawers assigned at the start of each shift.
• Complete all assigned side work promptly.
• Manage inventory and bar operations efficiently.
• Coordinate daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor; assist with receiving deliveries.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including verifying customer identification and age requirements.
• Contribute to daily, holiday, and themed drink menus in collaboration with a supervisor.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Participate in programs or projects aimed at enhancing service quality and employee productivity.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS Technical Skills

• Knowledge of relevant liquor laws and regulations.
• Expertise in mixology for both traditional and creative cocktails.
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor combinations.
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding alcohol consumption.
• Accountability in managing inventory and processing payments.
• Demonstrated skill in operating standard beverage service equipment safely and effectively.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Language: English, Basic Spanish (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Strong attention to detail and familiarity with drink-mixing tools and techniques.
• Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• $25-$35, Depending on Experience.
