Urology Physician Opportunity in South Carolina

A prominent healthcare organization, Healthcare Connections, is seeking a Board Certified Urology MD/DO to join their team as an Inpatient Uro-Hospitalist. This exciting opportunity offers a 7 on / 7 off block schedule, providing a great work/life balance in a beautiful and affordable community.
About the Position
This role involves supporting the hospital's busy Urology Group with inpatient rounds, consults, admissions through the ED, and call schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with the medical team to ensure seamless patient transitions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient urology services, including consultations, admissions, and discharge planning
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Requirements
- Board certification in Urology (MD/DO)
- Active medical license in South Carolina
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
