Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Connect Home Health. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and well-coordinated care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
- Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
- Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a range of diagnoses.
- Engage with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
Requirements:
- A valid Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Texas.
- Current BLS License.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
