FSQA Manager

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FSQA Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

### Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and maintain FSQA programs and systems to ensure compliance with all applicable food safety and quality regulations.
* Conduct regular audits of the quality system and provide detailed reports on the findings.
* Supervise and coordinate activities of the FSQA team to ensure all food safety and quality objectives are met.
* Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement corrective actions when necessary.
* Provide technical expertise and training to staff on food safety and quality assurance matters.
* Monitor and control the quality of raw materials and finished products.
* Investigate any food safety or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in food safety and quality assurance and implement new strategies as required.
* Lead and manage the SQF (Safe Quality Food) program and act as the primary SQF practitioner.

### Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, food quality, and food microbiology.
* Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality System Auditing.
* Certified SQF practitioner or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
