Job Summary

The successful candidate will have valid state licensure as an LPN and possess strong clinical skills, including medication administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
