About Concord Hospital

We are a well-established Gastroenterology team seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Provider to join our office-based outpatient team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians in a team-based care model, providing exceptional assessment, treatment, education, and support to patients.

Compensation Package

Our generous compensation package includes:

  • A competitive income guarantee of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Job Description

This role is ideal for an individual who has a passion for patient-centered care and is focused on clinical excellence. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment
  2. Working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  3. Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in gastroenterology
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program
  • The ability to obtain NH state professional licensing
