Position Summary: As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.
- You will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, control your patient schedule, and set your fee schedule.
- You will keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
Minimum Qualifications: To be eligible for this position, you must have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school, a valid state optometry license, a General Liability Certificate, Professional Liability Insurance Certificate, and a W-9.
