As a Clinician in our Burn Center, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the general supervision of a manager and according to established nursing standards, policies, and professional guidelines. You will collaborate with the manager to ensure smooth unit operations and exercise independent judgment and advanced clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement nursing care for patients, documenting assessments and identifying situations requiring intervention.
- Formulate and communicate goals and directed plans of care, ensuring patient rights are respected.
- Collaborate with the manager to ensure unit operations run smoothly.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- BSN, ABLS required.
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse by the State of Florida.
- One year of experience in a clinical area.
- Burn certification, preferred.
