  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques, communicating product knowledge, and recommending merchandise selections to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance, to ensure a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain a fast and efficient register experience.
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales.
  • Sign up clients for reward programs and build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
  • Know current product fit and style assortment offerings in store and online, and maintain consistent client communication through utilization of customer books.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate with customers, associates, and management.
  • Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
