Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Technician/Inventory Tech to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and issuing supplies, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient facility operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility performance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in a manual labor environment
  • DOT certification required
