About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality facial treatments to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert facial treatments, including LED Phototherapy, NuFACE, Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, and chemical exfoliation options.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and personalized skincare recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa professionals to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and technologies to provide innovative and effective treatments.
  • Meet and exceed sales and performance goals, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our spa.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Esthetician in the state of Delaware.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare principles and techniques, with a focus on results-driven treatments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
