Automotive Refinish Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team at Nebraska Truck Center Inc.

Performance Expectations:

• Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion.
• Verify parts against estimates, ensuring accurate ordering and receipt of necessary components.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to recommended usage guidelines.
• Comply with laws and regulations regarding hazardous materials, reporting any deviations to management.
• Stay informed about and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations, such as waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the automotive industry or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
