Job Summary:

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state of California.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
