Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets

- Utilize sales software and tools to manage sales pipeline, track progress, and analyze results
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company-paid)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
