Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Interventional Pain Management team at our Norwood Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Responsibilities- Perform physical examinations to obtain physical data and prescribe medications to treat illness and monitor for compliance.
- Order medically necessary procedures and interpret laboratory data to inform patient care decisions.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, maintaining accurate patient records and medical history.
- Evaluate patient care, adjusting the plan of care based on outcomes, diagnostic test results, and patient feedback.
- Coordinate care between patients and treating physicians, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Graduate of an accredited AANP, ARNP, or ARC-PA program.
- Current licensure in Ohio required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training required.
- Critical thinking skills to quickly and accurately assess patient health and detect changes.
- Ability to deal with severely ill and physically impaired patients, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
