Our Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team is the backbone of this operation, ensuring that our Material Handling Equipment (MHE) runs smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a critical role in supporting our Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining MHE and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, as well as mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
  • Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE
  • Maintain positive working relationships across all Amazon Operations facilities
  • Track and store department inventory
  • Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
