We are seeking a skilled Matchmaking Recruiter to join our team at Millionaires Club. As a Matchmaking Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting successful singles over 50 in the LA area who are interested in a free membership and potential dating opportunities with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential clients through various channels, including social connections and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with matchmakers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the LA area and its social scene.
