About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Hotel Complimentary Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Embassy Cleveland Rockside. Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in our complimentary breakfast area, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This includes preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and exceeding guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve complimentary breakfast to guests, ensuring quality and presentation meet hotel standards
- Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, restocking supplies and equipment as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, responding to their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Perform opening and closing procedures, side work duties, and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest service, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field, is preferred. You must also be willing to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by local regulations.
Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
