Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our team at First International Bank and Trust. As a SharePoint Administrator, you will play a critical role in improving the workday of your fellow employees by solving complex problems and making their work easier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Design: Collaborate with Business Solution Strategists, Business Analysts, and business unit stakeholders on the design, requirements, and implementation of new workflows, applications, automations, and solutions.
  • Site Collection Administration: Perform standard SharePoint Site Collection Administration duties such as creating and managing sites, libraries, lists, workflows; managing features, functions, security groups and user permissions; managing content types, columns, and content management.
  • Documentation and Code Comments: Create and maintain documentation and code comments on developed solutions.
  • Site Management: Manage SharePoint sites within Teams and OneDrive.
  • Security and Troubleshooting: Ensure platform is secure and meets FIBT security requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Support and Training: Provide SharePoint support and end user training.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review usage and activity reports to make adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up to date with SharePoint feature enhancements and deprecations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SharePoint Experience: Two years of SharePoint Administration experience with knowledge of SharePoint tools, including Power Automate workflows and SharePoint forms, for tasks is required.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as Power BI, PowerShell and Office 365 a plus.
  • Team Experience: Experience as a member of a technical project team, from design through delivery.
  • Microsoft Design Requirements: Understands technical and functional Microsoft design requirements.
