Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
  • Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
  • Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
