This role is vital to supporting the future growth of our business, and we are looking for people who take pride in their work and have a 'can-do' attitude.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Work under the direction of a group leader to prepare and position parts for assembly.
  • Ensure each component is fastened together correctly and check connections, logging any discrepancies.
  • Assemble material components using both hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform required manufacturing processes while meeting all quality and production standards.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:



  • Complete pre-employment assessments.
  • Ability to accurately read and utilize a tape measure.
  • Prior experience working in industrial manufacturing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance with consistent schedule adherence.
  • Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.

Work Environment:


This position is carried out in a fabrication shop environment and requires the ability to lift 50 lbs as needed throughout the work shift.


Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and may require bending, kneeling, and stooping.


Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, and odors.

Salary: $17.50 per hour


Royal offers a competitive pay package that includes an hourly wage paid weekly and a production bonus paid monthly totaling $17.50 per hour.
