About the Job:
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse to fill a Case Management position in Portland, Maine. As a travel nurse with Host Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a difference in the lives of your patients.

Job Summary:
This 13-week assignment requires a Registered Nurse with experience in Case Management. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maine
- Experience in Case Management or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
