Job Overview

As a Bartender at Bond Cocktail Lounge, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and elegant drinking experience for our discerning guests. We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages to guests.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist guests with drink selection by offering knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as proper serving practices.
  • Handle cash, card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately.
  • Assist with creating new cocktail recipes and contribute to seasonal menu changes.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive environment for guests and coworkers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A positive attitude, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
