Job Title: Security Guard

At Arrow Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned client locations, their visitors, guests, residents, and their property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite watch and protection of assigned posts and designated perimeters
  • Observe, report, and support client expectations
  • Report all breaches per applicable methods
  • Utilize company scheduling platform for clockins/clockouts of scheduled shifts
  • Evaluate and respond to alerts in surrounding areas with professionalism and according to company protocol
  • Alert Supervisor on Duty when situations require escalation per company protocol
  • Assist fellow security guards with deescalation when applicable per company protocol
  • Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
Requirements:
  • Must have a Valid NYS Security Guard License
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
  • Must have a Clean Driving Record
  • Minimum 6 months of security guard experience
  • Exceptional work ethic
