Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of machinery and materials to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Ensure proper loading of materials on machines to optimize material usage and meet production targets.
  • Adjust temperature, gauges, index, saws, cutting, splitting, and other machinery settings as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Ensure compliance with Part Quality standards and adhere to ISO/IATF 16949 Process/Procedures.
  • Complete any other related tasks as needed to support the production team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing, machine operator, and/or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach.
