- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Hours: 4:10-hour day shifts, rotating schedule
The Staff Nurse, Interventional Pulmonary will be responsible for providing competent, compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing interventional pulmonary procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of ICU, critical care, ED, or procedural experience and be proficient in computer usage, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Pre-procedure assessment and administration of moderate sedation
- Hemodynamic monitoring during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Post-procedure recovery and teaching
- Coordination of same-day and inpatient procedures
- Maintenance of equipment and supplies
The successful candidate will possess:
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Education: BSN required
- Experience: 2-3 years of ICU, critical care, ED, or procedural experience
- Licenses: Current Massachusetts licensure as a registered nurse
