About the Job

The Staff Nurse, Interventional Pulmonary will be responsible for providing competent, compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing interventional pulmonary procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of ICU, critical care, ED, or procedural experience and be proficient in computer usage, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Pre-procedure assessment and administration of moderate sedation
  • Hemodynamic monitoring during diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Post-procedure recovery and teaching
  • Coordination of same-day and inpatient procedures
  • Maintenance of equipment and supplies
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Education: BSN required
  • Experience: 2-3 years of ICU, critical care, ED, or procedural experience
  • Licenses: Current Massachusetts licensure as a registered nurse
