Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement aquatic fitness programs for residents of all ages and abilities
  • Teach group fitness classes, including water aerobics, yoga, and Pilates
  • Provide one-on-one fitness coaching and assessments
  • Maintain a safe and clean fitness environment
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement fitness programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in exercise science, exercise physiology, or a related field
  • Current certification in aquatic fitness, such as the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) certification
  • Experience working with older adults and individuals with varying fitness levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
