Lars Remodeling & Design is a premier home renovation firm, focusing on residential transformations and new builds. We are in search of a skilled Residential Design Architect to enhance our team in a full-time capacity.
- Collaborate with Project Consultants, Interior Designers, Estimators, Product Specialists, and Construction Project Managers.
- Develop conceptual designs, presentations, and detailed construction documents.
- Engage with consultants and regulatory bodies.
- Create visual presentations and 3D models.
- Oversee client expectations and facilitate team communication.
- Meet with clients to ascertain project goals.
- Assign and manage the workload of Junior Residential Designers.
- Support construction administration tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of materials, construction methods, and building regulations.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
