Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Giving Home Health Care Careers in Los Alamos and White Rock, NM.

Job Summary: As a member of our team, you will administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This role involves providing one-on-one care to patients in their residences, collaborating with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Case Managers, and patient physicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan
  • Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and patient physicians to ensure comprehensive care
  • Advocate for patients and provide emotional support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and be able to work independently and as part of a team. A background check is required for this position.
