Job Summary:
The Custodial Technician is tasked with overseeing daily upkeep and monitoring of our client’s facilities. The Custodial Technician will collaborate with Building Management on various requests and projects as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness in all public and operational areas throughout the facility.

2. Manage plaza and/or parking garage areas as directed.

3. Ensure elevator interiors are clean and orderly.

4. Uphold the cleanliness of lobby and entrance areas.

5. Maintain the exterior appearance of the building.

6. Ensure restrooms are kept clean and well-stocked.

7. Monitor and maintain the grounds surrounding the building.

8. Supervise the loading dock area.

9. Clean stairwells daily, with dust mopping weekly and damp mopping landings and treads monthly.

10. Conduct snow removal as necessary.

11. Address special requests throughout the day.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of experience in a custodial role.

- Strong communication abilities.

- Willingness to work designated hours.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to engage in face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels.

- Work in close proximity to others.

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Capable of standing, walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling as required.
