We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Eldercrest Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Munhall, PA.

**Job Summary:**

We are currently offering competitive rates based on experience, with starting salaries ranging from $45,000 to over $65,000 per year.

As an LPN, you will provide medical treatment and administer medication to residents under the direction of a physician. You will also assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs, interact and communicate with family members in a patient and professional manner, and perform physical tasks typical of LPN work.

**Responsibilities:

• Administer medication to residents as prescribed by physicians
• Assist residents with daily activities and promote independence
• Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians
• Communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals

**Requirements:

• Certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Graduate nurses with temporary practice permits welcome to apply
