Position Summary:
As a Glass Care Specialist, your role will focus on ensuring the pristine condition and clarity of windows across a variety of commercial and residential environments. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional service and guarantee client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute both interior and exterior glass cleaning utilizing appropriate tools, equipment, and cleaning agents.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while working at elevated heights, employing ladders, scaffolding, or other approved methods.
- Evaluate and address different window types, including glass panels, frames, and sills, to determine the most effective cleaning strategy.
- Eliminate debris, dirt, and grime from windows to achieve a streak-free and immaculate finish.
- Identify and report any window-related issues, such as cracks, damages, or malfunctioning mechanisms, to the relevant supervisor.
- Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and address any concerns regarding the cleaning process.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
- Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Glass Care Specialist or in a similar capacity within a commercial or residential cleaning setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing various cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, scrapers, ladders, and safety harnesses.
- Understanding of safe work practices and procedures when operating at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required.
