POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assembly Specialist plays a crucial role in the assembly and delivery of CRT equipment, ensuring that clients receive the necessary fittings and modifications. This position is vital in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by meeting their functional goals and outcomes. The role also supports the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and contributes directly to Numotion's vision.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist the ATP as required.
2. Assemble equipment according to specifications and directives.
3. Deliver and fit equipment, ensuring that customer goals set by the clinical team are achieved with minimal supervision.
4. Evaluate and troubleshoot product issues, seeking guidance from the ATP for solutions.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shop/warehouse.
6. Ensure delivery vehicles are kept in a clean and safe condition.
7. Foster relationships with existing business accounts.
8. Complete documentation accurately in accordance with Numotion policies.
9. Adhere to all relevant safety procedures and regulations.
10. Participate in required company training sessions.
11. Collaborate with the ATP and customers to implement effective solutions.
12. Address any customer concerns raised during delivery or fitting with ATP support.
13. Maintain focus on tasks until completion in a timely manner.
14. Uphold Numotion's Leadership Principles, demonstrating integrity and compliance with our mission.
15. Ensure confidentiality of employee and customer information in line with Numotion policies and federal regulations.
16. Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School diploma or GED is required, along with at least one year of relevant mechanical or electrical experience.
• A valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record is essential.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• An associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
