Role Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tool changeovers, end-of-arm tooling, and initiate process startups.
- Diagnose root causes of process challenges related to machinery, tools, and parameter configurations.
- Oversee processes across all injection molding machines to guarantee consistent operations.
- Ensure the highest quality standards for our products while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enhance machine performance and operational efficiency.
- Investigate customer returns to address process-related concerns.
- Provide training to process technicians on the effective use of equipment and process parameters.
- Instruct setup technicians on optimal equipment and machine configurations.
- Educate Process Technicians and Operators regarding customer return processes.
- Collaborate with Zone Leaders on personnel matters as needed.
- Optimize the setup of injection molding tools and auxiliary equipment.
- Work closely with Planning to maximize uptime and streamline changeovers.
- Provide coverage for process technicians during absences.
- Engage in ongoing 5S activities.
- Participate in projects assigned by the Technology Manager or Plant Manager.
- Perform additional duties as required by your supervisor.
- Possess necessary computer skills.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years in a technician, engineering, or process-oriented role within a molding and assembly manufacturing setting.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or an equivalent amount of experience in a molding and assembly production environment.
