Computed Tomography Technician Job Opportunity

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technician to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Washington, DC.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technician to provide high-quality patient care and support our medical team. As a Computed Tomography Technician, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including disinfecting equipment and disposing of waste
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technician
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Current certifications and licenses required
