Sub Acute Care Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff performance evaluations and patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in California
- Minimum 3 years of experience in long term care, preferably in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and families
Compensation: Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
