About This Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Sub Acute Unit Manager to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Palm Springs. As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sub acute unit and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff performance evaluations and patient outcomes


Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in California
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long term care, preferably in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and families


Compensation: Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
