Job Summary:

The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and guiding our Youth Counselors, ensuring that our students receive the highest level of care and support. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and provide guidance and support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide Youth Counselors to ensure the highest level of care and support for our students.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with our leadership team.
  • Provide guidance and support to our staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to provide excellent care.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our program.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families in a residential treatment setting.
  • A degree in a related field, such as human services or social work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
