Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Development Associate to join our team. As an Infant Care Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in infants.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement lesson plans that align with state and national standards
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure comprehensive support for children
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- EEC certification required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool setting
