About the Role:- Collect patient information for admission purposes.
- Record vital signs, temperature, and administer medications as needed.
- Treat wounds and bedsores, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and assist with daily living activities.
- Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
Base rate is $30.13 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. Our facility offers a warm and nurturing environment, ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents.
