Estimated Salary: $220,000 - $300,000 per year (dependent on experience), including competitive compensation, generous sign-on incentive, student loan repayment, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits package.
Job Description:
You will provide exceptional primary care to patients in Eugene/Springfield community, working collaboratively with a close-knit team to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care. You will have the flexibility to choose from various practice models, including traditional, hybrid, and virtual options, ensuring a comfortable and fulfilling work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients aged pediatric to geriatric, performing general in-office procedures as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a medical assistant to support clinicians, room patients, take vitals, refill prescriptions, and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Utilize EMR - National Instance of EPIC and DAX - AI-powered voice-enabled documentation solution to streamline clinical workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted OR Physician License or ability to obtain.
- Current DEA certificate required prior to start date.
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Welcome 2024 Family or Internal Medicine Grads.
- Current BLS, ACLS certification.
- EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred.
