Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail operations staff to ensure that our stores are meeting sales and customer service targets.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
