Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Homecare

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As an LVN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services to patients in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an LVN in the state of practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
