Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Island Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide direct patient care for acute and outpatient populations
Collaborate with physicians and patients to determine appropriate physical therapy treatment
Develop and implement treatment plans and goals
Maintain accurate documentation and follow department policies and procedures

Requirements:

Current Washington State Physical Therapist License
Current Basic Life Support Certification

Work Environment:

The work environment for this position is primarily indoors, with occasional exposure to dust, pollens, pollutants, and other conditions common in a healthcare environment. The noise level is moderate, and the employee may be required to stand for extended periods, push, pull, and reach, and occasionally bend, sit, stoop, and stretch.

Salary Range:

$56.25 per hour
