This position entails formulating bid assessments, developing construction timelines, performing site inspections, and additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine technical documentation and specifications provided by clients.
  • Guarantee that engineering outputs align with project goals.
  • Comprehend isometric drawings, CAD designs, and three-dimensional models.
  • Authorize shop drawings for piping and electrical supports.
  • Supervise construction operations and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with diverse engineering teams.
  • Prepare progress reports and address field inquiries.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the commercial construction sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and engineering design applications.
  • Capable of troubleshooting technical challenges and adapting to a construction site environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer's License.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
