We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Athletic Trainer to join our team at the University of Maine at Presque Isle. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to our student-athletes, including injury prevention, evaluation, and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide athletic training services to student-athletes, including injury prevention, evaluation, and treatment
  • Develop and implement injury prevention programs for student-athletes
  • Conduct clinical evaluations and provide treatment plans for injured student-athletes
  • Collaborate with coaching staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for student-athletes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student-athlete injuries and treatment
Requirements
  • BOC-certified Athletic Trainer
  • Maine Licensure as an Athletic Trainer
  • BLS for health care providers (CPR & AED) certification
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in athletic training
  • Experience in athletic training
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in athletic training or a related field
  • Experience in collegiate athletics or 3+ years of athletic training experience
